It was a valuable and modern tank of the occupiers.
They managed to produce about 300 of them since 2017. One of them also came to Ukraine and stayed here forever.
A part of it is in our collection: a burnt sight from a tank machine gun. In the photo, you can see the tank itself, where the sight was located.
The T-80BVM tank is a modernization of the T-80 tanks of the Russian army, and over 60 of them have already been destroyed in Ukraine. It is also called a “flying” or “jet” tank, which scares NATO and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. However, this one doesn’t scare anymore because it was destroyed. It’s a sweet candy for Javelin and NLAW on the battlefield that takes its head off and leaves no chance of survival.
For us, it’s a great exhibit and an opportunity for creativity in various styles of its use by the masters of our project.
