The 6B47 helmet is the only military armored helmet of the Russian army and is part of the “Ratnik” equipment. It has been developed by the “Armakom” center since 2011. The occupiers claim that this helmet is 30-40% better than NATO analogs. One of the leaders of the company that produces aramid threads for this helmet stated that in 2015, experts from DuPont testing center recognized this helmet as the best in the world. However, this information is not on DuPont’s website.
The helmet is lightweight and has attachments for lighting devices. These helmets can often be seen on the heads of the occupiers. There is a lot of information on the internet about these helmets and their capabilities.
This particular helmet is in perfect condition and can be made into various wonderful art objects according to your wishes. On eBay auctions, such helmets are currently sold from Ukraine within the range of $500-$1000 per unit and are valuable among collectors of military equipment.
