Sviatoslav Ihorovych “The Brave” (938-972) was the Grand Prince of Kyivan Rus, who created the largest empire in Europe at that time.
Before the battle he warned his enemies with a famous phrase: “idu na Vy!” (which literally translates as “I am going on you”, that is, “I’m coming for you”), which became the slogan of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The double tooth – the symbol of Sviatoslav, became the prototype of today’s coat of arms of Ukraine. Sviatoslav is a legendary warrior and one of the symbols of brave Ukraine.
