This machine gun was adopted by the Soviet army in 1939 and was subsequently modernized and designated as the DShKM. It is a formidable weapon used by the glorious Ukrainian army as well as occupiers.
It was produced in millions and is still in production today. This machine gun is in service with many armies around the world. In Ukraine, sniper rifles are made from it, which can also be converted into a machine gun if necessary.
